How do I know what division my son/daughter will cheer in?
Pop Warner has defined an Age matrix in which all eligible participants will be placed in.

How do I know what division my son/daughter will play football in?
Pop Warner has defined a Division, Age, Weight matrix which is followed strictly at every game. Each player is weighed and his/her information
checked prior to game start.
How do I know what skill level my son's/daughter's cheer squad will be placed in?
The Head Coach of each squad decides and submits what the appropriate skill level they will compete at based on their skills displayed during
training camp and or their previous experience.
When does Pop Warner season start?
Pop Warner season officially starts July 30th and ends Dec 31st.
How do I take care of my son's/daughter's equipment?
Uniforms: Due to the high cost of uniforms, the care of each uniform is extremely important. Therefore, we recommend the following:
Helmet: Must be cleaned and cared for using approved cleaning materials. No abrasive cleaners of any type may be used. No buffing or sanding may be done. Any variance from the manufacturer’s instruction WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. Helmet must not be painted or altered in any way! The warning stickers must remain clearly visible and legible.
Pads: Do not cut pads or wash with the uniform. When pads become soiled they may be hand washed with a mild detergent and air-dried. DO NOT PLACE PADS IN WASHER OR DRYER
Uniform: A cold water detergent is recommended. Uniforms should not be placed in the dryer . Please hang them up to dry !!

Refund Policy
To receive a refund of your Rancho San Diego Pop Warner (RSDPW) registration fee, please mail your refund request to:

Please include the name of the participant, name of the parent/guardian, and your home phone number that we would have on file so that we can match our records.
Refund requests must be postmarked by July 30. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Within 30 days of our receipt of your request, RSDPW will prepare a check for the balance, payable to the parent/guardian name we have on file, and mail it to the mailing address we have on file.
Requests which are postmarked later than July 30 will not be honored.
Returned Check and Declined Credit Card Policy
When a check is returned unpaid by the drawer bank, or a credit card charge is declined, the person issuing the check, or presenting the credit card, shall be notified in writing by RSDPW. Full restitution of the unpaid check, or declined credit card charge, and payment of the service charge assessed by RSDPW ($20) must be received within ten business days. The acceptable methods of payment are cash, money order, or cashier's check. Failure to honor the returned check, or declined credit card, will result in suspension of RSDPW participation privileges and/or legal action.
